SKYCITY Hamilton to sponsor Waikato Women’s Rugby

We are proud to announce that SKYCITY Hamilton has become the official sponsor of the Waikato Rugby Union’s Women’s team. This is the first time the team has had an official sponsor. 

Michelle Baillie, General Manager of SKYCITY Hamilton says, “SKYCITY Hamilton is thrilled to be involved with Waikato Rugby Union again this year through sponsoring the Waikato Women’s team. We are proud to promote women in sport and this is a great follow up to our support of women’s cricket through the SKYCITY Hamilton Northern Premier League.”

The new partnership adds to SKYCITY Hamilton’s sports sponsorship folio which includes the Northern Premier League women’s cricket competition, SKYCITY Hamilton Northern Spirit premier women’s cricket team, SKYCITY Hamilton Waikato Cup Day, the Chiefs rugby, the Waikato Rugby Union and the Hamilton Wanderers. SKYCITY has also had a long relationship with Northern District’s cricket, including as sponsor of the SKYCITY Northern Knights premier men’s cricket team from their 2011/12 season to 2015/16.
