SKYCITY Hamilton launches Summer Pop-Up Series

Bursting on to the Waikato social scene for just nine weeks, the Summer Pop-Up Series at SKYCITY Hamilton will bring summer vibes to Victoria Street from 25 January. 

Serving a specially developed menu featuring a selection of dumplings, bao buns and roti rolls the pop up will bring the flavours of Asia’s culinary empires to the CBD.

Alongside this, the Summer Pop-Up Series theme will change every three weeks, offering a signature brew and atmosphere, as well as live DJ sunset sessions every Friday and Saturday night.

From 25 January, Corona will set the mood from where you’d rather be with chilled beers delivered to your bean bag. From 14 February, right in time for Valentine’s Day, Bombay Sapphire will deliver a gin-inspired bar with a sensory cocktail experience. Finally, Hoegaarden will create a Belgium beer garden oasis from 7 March.

The Summer Pop-Up Series will be located outside Coffee Post at SKYCITY Hamilton from 3.30pm-9pm, Wednesday to Saturday.
