SKYCITY announces departure of director Richard Tsiang

SKYCITY Chairman Chris Moller today announced that SKYCITY director Richard Tsiang has advised that he intends to step down from the Board effective 1 January 2017.

Mr Tsiang, who joined the SKYCITY board in 2014, is a member of the Board’s Audit and Financial Risk Committee and Governance and Nominations Committee.

Richard was formerly Chief Development Officer with Melco Crown Entertainment in Macau from 2007 to 2011 and Group Chief Financial Officer of MGM Grand Macau from 2006 to 2007.

In accepting his resignation, Mr Moller thanked Mr Tsiang for his contribution to SKYCITY and said his experience and insight around the table had been very valuable to the Board.
