Sky Tower lights up for New Zealand
This Friday 12th June at 6.30pm the Sky Tower will put on an interactive light show to celebrate what New Zealand has achieved as a nation and our move to Alert Level 1.
The dynamic light show will run for fifteen minutes, all in time with a playlist featuring Kiwi classics hosted by The Breeze.
It’s SkyCity’s way of thanking our team of five million, who united in an unprecedented way to fight COVID-19.
Kiwis are encouraged to share the fun by filming it, tagging #skytowersingalong and sharing it to @Skytower_Nz. To sing-along to the music, tune into The Breeze on 93.4 FM or through the Rova app, while watching the LED lights move to the beat.
SkyCity lights the Sky Tower for charities or community initiatives that we support financially, to mark national holidays, milestones or other celebrations or events, or as a symbol of respect or solidarity.
