Sky Tower lights for World Premature Day
Tomorrow night the Sky Tower will light purple for World Premature Day, as part of Neonatal November.
The Sky Tower will join 24 landmarks throughout New Zealand this week to acknowledge neonatal journeys and the stress and anxiety many families go through, which this year has been even more traumatic due to COVID-19.
The Sky Tower is the southern hemisphere’s tallest man-made structure based in the heart of Auckland and is one of New Zealand’s most recognisable landmarks.
SkyCity lights the Sky Tower for charities or community initiatives that we support financially, to mark national holidays, milestones or other celebrations or events, or as a symbol of respect or solidarity.
