NZX/ASX Announcement - Appointment of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nirupa George to the role of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer effective from 21 June 2021.

Ms George joins SkyCity from the Office of the Mayor of Auckland, where she is currently Chief of Staff and has previously held the roles of Principal Political Advisor and Senior Press Secretary. Prior to joining the Office of the Mayor of Auckland in 2016, Ms George was the Campaign Manager and Press Secretary for Phil Goffs mayoral election campaign in 2016 and was a Political and Media Advisor for Parliamentary Services from 2014 to 2016. Her early career was in the legal profession as a Senior Solicitor at Marshall Bird and Curtis with a focus on refugee and humanitarian law.

Ms George is currently a board member of Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand and graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Health Science.
