RE: SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (SKC) UPDATED DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN DOCUMENTS

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited advises that the SKYCITY Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document dated 25 February 2011 has been updated, effective from 19 April 2016, to reflect:

• the new definition of an “ex-date” in the NZX Listing Rules;
• the removal of the ASX Listing Rule requirement that a closing date for applications to participate in a dividend reinvestment plan be no earlier than one business day following the record date, as the company is no longer bound by this requirement;
• updates to various legislative references and the names of various regulatory bodies in Australia; and
• additional tidy-up amendments.

Copies of the updated SKYCITY Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document and associated Participation Notice are attached. These documents will be available from the company’s website later today.
