SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (SKC) INTERIM REPORT

In accordance with Listing Rules 10.4.2 and 10.6.2, please find attached the following documents:

(a) SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited’s Interim Report for the six month period ended 31 December 2015; and

(b) Email to SKYCITY security holders, which will be sent to security holders today.

The Interim Report will be available later today on the company’s website, www.skycityentertainmentgroup.com, in the Investor Centre section.

The Interim Report includes information in connection with the trading performance of SKYCITY’s International Business during February 2016 (including Chinese New Year). This information can be found at page 8 of the Interim Report and is also provided below:

“After a quieter month in January, International Business had a very strong Chinese New Year. International Business turnover for the first two months of the second half was $2.0 billion (with a win rate above theoretical), up 47% on the previous period. The year-to-date turnover at the end of February was $9.2 billion, compared to $9.3 billion for the whole of FY15.”
