RE: SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (SKC) SENIOR MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited is pleased to announce the following senior management appointments:

• Tony McNamara has been appointed as Acting General Manager of the Adelaide Casino. Mr McNamara has been heavily involved as a consultant in the restructuring of the Adelaide Casino over the past six months and will continue to manage the business going forward until a new General Manager is appointed.
• Matt Ballesty has been appointed as the Acting General Manager of SKYCITY Auckland. Matt is currently the Assistant General Manager of SKYCITY Auckland and will assume responsibility for SKYCITY Auckland while John Mortensen is Interim CEO for the Group.
• Glen McLatchie has commenced as Chief Information Officer and will report to John Mortensen as Interim CEO. Glen was Chief Information Officer for Meridian Energy from 2010 to 2016 and has previously held senior positions with Contact Energy and BP.
