SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited (“SKYCITY”) hereby notifies that it will today issue 40,430,101 new ordinary shares in the company (“New Shares”) to certain of its institutional shareholders and other institutional investors following the close of the institutional entitlement offer and institutional bookbuild components of its fully underwritten 1 for 10 pro-rata accelerated entitlement offer of New Shares announced on 11 May 2016 (“Offer”).
