INTENTION TO APPOINT RICHARD TSIANG AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO SKYCITY BOARD

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited advises that it intends to appoint Richard Tsiang as a non-executive director to replace Rod McGeoch, who will be standing down from the Board at the time of the company’s 2014 Annual Meeting.
