RE: SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (SKC) APPOINTMENT OF NEW GM SKYCITY DARWIN

SKYCITY announced today that David Christian will replace Callum Mallett as General Manager, SKYCITY Darwin, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.

David was formerly with SKYCITY for 10 years from 2005 to 2015 in various leadership roles across the Group and from 2009 to 2015 was General Manager of SKYCITY Adelaide.

Callum Mallett is returning to Auckland to take up a senior position with SKYCITY. The details of the role are still being finalised.

SKYCITY also announced that it had appointed the international search firm Spencer Stuart to undertake a worldwide search for a CEO, following the resignation of Nigel Morrison last month.
