ASX/NZX Announcement - Standard & Poor's Credit Rating for Bonds - 30 April 2021

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.22.7, SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) is pleased to advise that S&P Global Ratings has today assigned a BBB- long term issue rating to the retail bonds announced by SkyCity earlier today.

SkyCity has announced an offer of up to NZ$725 million (with the ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to an additional NZ$50 million at SkyCity's discretion) of 6 year, unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed rate bonds maturing on 27 May 2027 to institutional investors and New Zealand retail investors.
