ASX/NZX Announcement - Change in Senior Managers - 24 February 2021

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited is pleased to announce that Richard Smyth, currently Deputy Chief Financial Officer, will be Acting Chief Financial Officer from 27 February to 19 April 2021.

As announced to the market on 18 February 2021, Julie Amey has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer effective from 1 May 2021.
