ASX/NZX Announcement - Change in Senior Managers

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited advises that effective from today:

(a) Peter Treacy (previously General Counsel, Company Secretary and Chief Risk Officer) has been appointed General Manager, Corporate Affairs and Chief Risk Officer; and

(b) Jo Wong (previously Deputy General Counsel) has been appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary. An Initial Disclosure of Relevant Interests Notice for Ms Wong is accordingly attached.
